We want you to love what you order from EZPlaytime.com. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Overview

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Newspapers or magazines

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Books with visible signs of use
  • Opened media (CDs, DVDs, vinyl, etc.)
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts
  • Returns requested after the 30-day period

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm we received the item and let you know if your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank — processing times vary.
  • If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [your@email.com].

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
